WEEKEND SERVICES
We offer multiple celebration services on the weekend. Each service lasts for just over an hour and includes prayer, worship, scripture, announcements, and a message. Occasionally the service also includes communion or special presentations.
DRESS
The typical attire at Hope ranges from casual to "Sunday best." You'll see some people in jeans and t-shirts while others are in suits . Come wearing what you feel is appropriate and comfortable for worship.
PARKING
Hope has a large, paved parking lot and covered drop-off areas at our two entrances. For weekend worship gatherings, we encourage you to use the new, west entrance, which is closest to our sanctuary.
WELCOME
When you walk through the doors at Hope for a weekend worship service, you'll be met with a warm smile and a handshake by one of our greeters. Visit the welcome center in the middle of the foyer and let us know you're a first time guest and our attendants will be happy to help - we also have a gift for you! Ushers will be standing by the doors of the sanctuary to welcome you to the service and provide you with a worship flyer. They can also assist in finding a seat for you and your family. All of our volunteers are here to help make your visit a great one.
CHILDREN
Children's programs and nursery services are available during our Sunday gatherings in a safe and kid-friendly environment. Please check-in with your child at the station located in the children's wing (east side of the building) where you will also pick them up after the worship service. If this is your first time visiting us, we will collect some basic information about you and your child(ren) in order to better serve you.
COFFEE
Before the service, grab some light refreshments or a cup of coffee. These are available to all at no cost.
WORSHIP
Worship at Hope is not a performance. Our worship team doesn't strive to be a cover band of the latest artists; rather, they lead us in a mix of old hymns and modern worship songs. We will have the words to the songs projected on the wall so that you can follow along.
COMMUNION
Communion is served on the first weekend of every other month. At Hope, we practice "open communion," meaning everyone is welcome to receive communion with us if you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior.
