This season can be a time of wonder and joy, but it can get pretty busy too! It’s so easy to let the entire month of December pass by and totally forget why we celebrate Christmas. So to help us remember Christ this Christmas, we’re hosting an event called Gingerbread Bash!
Join us for a fun and interactive experience designed for the whole family! We’re going to build a gingerbread nativity scene while celebrating the birth of Jesus. More than that, we’ll hear the Christmas story from the Bible, sing songs, and play games together. It’s a truly sweet way for your family to celebrate the birth of Jesus! You are absolutely not going to want to miss out on the fun.

Plan to join us in The Commons for our annual Christmas Open House! Enjoy some Christmas cookies and coffee, chat with good friends, get a photo taken with your family, and pick up the 2025 Hope ornament that you can take home and hang on your tree!
Then stick around for a special Christmas Concert featuring John Tibbs and Chase & Co at 5pm! This is a free event for the whole family!

Come for a beautiful night of music from the incredible John Tibbs and Chase & Co! This will be a free event for the entire family, with an offering to show our support and appreciation for the artists. Invite a friend and celebrate Christmas with Hope!
Come out early for our annual Christmas Open House from 3:00-4:30pm that day, then stick around for the concert at 5pm.

We have some exciting and powerful things planned this year as we gather to celebrate this baby that changes everything. This will be a service where the whole family will be in the same room so bring the kids and enjoy this special evening together for a Simple + Sacred Christmas Eve.

Provide Christmas Gifts for the Community
This year Hope is partnering once again with another local church to host a Wonderland Toy Store! Families in the community will have the opportunity to shop for their children and purchase toys at a greatly reduced price. You can help by visiting our lobby and selecting a gift tag that is labeled with a needed item. Just purchase the gift and return it (unwrapped) by December 2. Or you can sign up to serve at the toy store! Volunteers are needed to assist shoppers, provide cookies, set up, tear down, or pray with visitors!
Help Distribute Food at the Mobile Food Pantry
On the third Tuesday of every month at 3pm, Hope Community Church hosts the Feeding America mobile food pantry in our parking lot (rain or shine). Anyone with a genuine need for food assistance can come and receive fresh food for their family at no cost. We are always looking for volunteers to help setup and distribute food. Contact the church office if you are interested in volunteering! Our next event will be December 16.
